Welcome to Restaurantr. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Restaurantr app provided by Shmoopi LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Using the app

Restaurantr helps groups choose a restaurant by creating polls and voting. You agree to use the app for its intended purpose and in a lawful, respectful way. Don't misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Polls and sharing

When you create a poll and share its link, anyone with that link can join and vote. Share links only with people you intend to invite. You're responsible for the polls you create and how you share them.

Restaurant information

Restaurant details — such as names, ratings, prices, hours, and locations — come from third‑party sources and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Restaurantr helps you decide where to eat, but we don't operate the restaurants and can't guarantee availability, quality, or pricing. Please confirm details directly with a restaurant before you rely on them.

Availability

We work to keep Restaurantr running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error‑free. Features may change, and the app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shmoopi LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on restaurant information shown in the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
